(RetroStone2) Power button customization isn't working
#1
Hi,

is there any plan or workaround to fix the power button not properly configuring to sleep instead of power off? Every time I try to configure it t never seems to save the new configuration.

Anyone have any idea?

I've got the same problem. It's really annoying cz sometimes i hit the power button by accident and when playing a SNES game i will lose all of my progress regardless if i saved the game or not. I already lost a couple of hours of gameplay cz of this. I really want to turn the power button off or change it to sleep mode.

Is there anyone who knows how to fix this problem?

If I want to interrupt the game in a hurry, can I press the power button for a short time to perform a sleep mode, or press and hold the power button for a long time to perform an operation like shutdown?
Or I want to select the shutdown, restart, sleep, etc. after pressing the power button.
Now I have to shut down every time?

At current the power button customization doesn't work, which is what this thread is calling out

Just tried it with the lastest RetrorangePi 4.3 image, doesn't work. It might just be me, but this seems like it should be a pretty high priority issue. My RetroStone 2 has been a paperweight since day one — without a way to quickly pause/resume playing, it's pretty much useless as a portable game console. Maybe if it started up quickly, using save states would be enough, but with a boot time of around 2 minutes that's not an option either. Not to mention how easy it is to turn it off accidentally — for some reason turning it on requires holding the button, while a full shutdown will happen at the slightest touch. Please fix this!
